As all our silver idols and décor items are handmade, slight variations or minor imperfections may occur. Each piece is a work of art and cannot be replaced with an exact duplicate.

SHIPMENT POLICY
We ship our exquisite silver idols and articles worldwide:
Domestic and international orders are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.
Orders are typically shipped 2–3 days after payment for online transactions and COD orders are processed promptly.
All shipments include tracking information, so you can monitor your package from dispatch to delivery.
Deliveries outside India may incur customs duties, import taxes, or VAT according to your country’s regulations. These additional charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Gopal Ji The Silver Tech is not liable for delays or lost items due to postal services, customs clearance, or courier issues. Customers may need to pick up parcels from their local post office if required.
EXCHANGE POLICY
